As part of the ATL Thinks! Innovation Program, your team will get an exclusive opportunity to go behind TSA Security to talk to passengers, make observations, and validate assumptions. The remainder of the time will be spent working on your product/mock-up in a dedicated space at Hartsfield-Jackson’s Technical Campus.

Parking, food, and drinks are complimentary. 


Saturday, May 6th

+9am: Check-In / Breakfast

+9:30am: Opening Remarks

+10am – 11am: Group Subject-Matter Conversation with Jai Ferrell – Director, Marketing @ ATL Airport and Delta Air Lines mentors

+11am – 11:45am: 1-on-1 conversation with Jai Ferrell | Teams Start Building Prototypes/Mock-Ups

+12pm: Airport Customer Discovery Tour Begins (certain members of each team)

+5pm: Airport Tour Ends / Teams Continue To Build Prototypes/Mock-Ups

+11pm: ATL Thinks Hackathon Day 1 Ends

*Must wear ATL Thinks T-shirt while on airport tour. TSA screening guidelines still apply (example: no liquids)

Sunday, May 7th

+10am: Teams Arrive & Continue To Build Prototypes/Mock-Ups

+12pm: Office Hours for Presentation Prep

+5pm: ATL Thinks Hackathon Day 2 Ends
